The Warehouse Associate position is a full-time opportunity. These positions are physically demanding, scheduled Sunday through Thursday (occasionally Fridays) starting at 7:00 PM and work until the job is done (overtime is mandatory). Warehousing for Great Lakes Wine & Spirits involves order picking, replenishing inventory, loading and unloading trucks, and maintenance while being on your feet for more than 8 hours at a time and frequently lifting product that can weigh an average 35-55 lbs.
If you are selected by one of the hiring managers to receive an offer, you will be asked to submit to a full preplacement screening process for onboarding. Our screening process includes a full Background Check on work history and criminal record, Drug Screen, Physical Evaluation, and Lift Test which involves you lift weights at various distances and heights.
