Job Duties:
- Collaborate with TCY Montco staff to provide appropriate job search and job placement activities including but not limited to unsubsidized employment, unpaid work experience and Community Service opportunities.
- Identify area employers that are open to hiring clients with a criminal background who have potential job openings
- Develop job leads for clients with area employers. Set up interviews with employers.
- Develop on-going relationships with employers.
- Ensure all leads, employers, jobs, and placements are entered in the TCY Montco, Salesforce.com database(s) timely and accurately.
Associate degree and/or a minimum of 3 years of job placement experience necessary.
Must be proficient speaking English and Spanish.
Demonstrated ability to problem solve and collaborate with a variety of customers in the Welfare to Work, and Re-entry Industry
Personal vehicle preferred. Valid driver’s license and insurance needed.
Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays.
