Responsibilities:
1. Display a commitment to the company, customer, and fellow employees to “do the right thing” while making decisions and problem solving on the job.

5. Answering basic customer inquiries in person and by phone.
6. Determine and recommend products to customers ensuring they are supplies with all the items required for their project.
7. Order processing, accurate tinting and shaking of paint, recording information in customer color history files.
8. Operating basic functions in the POS System, i.e., processing of sales, product inquiries, pricing, etc.
9. Security and protection of company and corporate inventory and assets.
10. Inventory Control; aisle/slotting, cycle, and counts.
11. Shipping and receiving duties, putting away, rotating and stock, etc.
12. Safely operate equipment, loading and unloading of vehicles.
13. Participate in keeping store organized, clean, tidy, and inviting.
14. Follow and enforce all workplace safety rules and procedures.
15. Report any safety concerns or workplace hazards/events.
16. Scheduling & reporting must remain flexible& available given the needs of the business & our customers.
17. Through presence and on-the -job training activity develop a working knowledge of core product lines, tinting of paint based on formulated colors, using the matching systems.
