Accurately report time worked and appropriately use payroll software.

Required Qualifications
Capacity to demonstrate CORE4 values.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in the field of disabilities is preferred.

Specialist/Job Coach
Job Purpose
Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities as they pursue and explore their desire to find employment. Also, provide ongoing support as necessary.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the ETSPM provide billable vocational coaching and training to identified participants.
- Assist Zoom Group's Quality Assurance Administrator, with program compliance, with all regulatory agenciesassist ETSPM complete and review notes for accuracy. Appropriately complete and submit all documentation to OVR and Zoom Group's Finance Department for review and billing, respectively.
- Communicate progress with the team
- Timely update SetWorks (or similar platform, at a minimum weekly, to track/record billable hours (Setworks Entry Deadline every Sunday at 11:59 PM, holiday exceptions may occur)
- At the direction of the ETSPM and in cooperation with Zoom Group's Finance Department, submit and files appropriate billing.
- Assist ETSPM with monthly OVR reporting, required on or before the 5th.
- Enter [and/or assist ESTPM|SES] SetWorks reporting and billing, required weekly, on or before 11:59 PM on Sundays.
Working Conditions
This position could include night and weekend hours depending on your caseloads work schedule.
