When it comes to where you work, we know you've got choices...here's what we provide:
- Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
- Position Status: Part-time / 20+ hours per week
- Schedule: Monday- Friday; Hours can range between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with occasional weekend hours

Here's what to expect on the job:
- Assist individuals in obtaining, and maintaining community-based, competitive, independent employment.
- Assist individuals with employment applications, interview preparation, job development, job training, and social skills training.
- Provide on-going observation, supervision, and guidance for the individuals.
- Ensure the delivery of natural supports at the worksites of the individuals.
- Communicate with the individuals, their family members/guardians, and their employers to reinforce and stabilize job placement.
- Help individuals with disabilities build self-esteem and independence through making everyday decisions.
- Use effective communication to build relationships and rapport with the individuals.
- Develop and carry out an individualized plan based on individual preferences, needs, and interests.
Minimum requirements:
- 6 months to 2 years of previous job-related experience
- Knowledge specific to the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or autism
- 18 years of age
- A valid driver's license and 6 months driving experience
- Access to a vehicle with valid insurance, registration, and inspection
- A team player who can be flexible with their schedule
- Ability to communicate, read, write, and understand the English language
Preferred, but not required:
- A High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate
- ACRE/CESP certification. If none, must be willing to obtain within 6 months of the start of employment.
