If you're already delivering pizza this could be a great part time gig but also has full time potential.  At Jimmy John’s there is no competition with other Door Dashers, Postmates drivers or Uber Eats, we use only our own drivers to deliver our food, so every order is cash in our Delivery Drivers pockets. Crew Members are responsible for greeting customers when they enter and exit the restaurant, providing world-class customer service and executing fast and accurate sandwiches while maintaining sanitation standards.

Jimmy John'sDelivery Driver's goal is to get that sandwich in the customer's hand as quick as can be. We do this by learning the most efficient route, double checking orders to ensure everything is accounted for, and hustling on our feet (while always being safe and law abiding while on the street). 

Drivers are Guaranteed $15/hr if tips plus pay do not equal $15.00 per hour based on your weekly earnings.

The $15.00 per hour consists of  current hourly pay (driver in-shop and driver on the road) plus tips divided by hours worked as a driver.    

In the event that a driver does not earn $15.00 per hour (hourly pay +tips) by the end of the week, the employee will be given additional pay  to equal $15.00/hr. (Pay + Tips + pay adjustment). On their paycheck.

While not on the road, Drivers work as In shoppers and are compensated accordingly. Delivery is a customer service job, so following customer's request and doing it with a smile can lead to more successful days.
