We are seeking Assistant Managers to join our sales teams! Starting at $13 per hour. Additional $2 per hour shift differential for any time worked between 10 PM and 6 AM.
Plus, an extra $1 per hour for weekend shifts, 6 AM to 10 PM, Saturday and Sunday.The Assistant Manager works with the Store Manager to perform various tasks involved in the overall operation of the store, including measuring business trends and maximizing sales/profitability by developing staff and by controlling expenses, shortages and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control. The Assistant Manager is responsible for overall management of the store in the absence of the Store Manager. The employee performs all work according to the vision and values of Jiffy Trip Stores and Hammer Williams Company.
