Job Summary
Perform all Aircraft Maintenance tasks and assign/supervise the work performed by the mechanics.
The expected pay rate is $35-$40/hr. Full-time employees are offered a range of health and wellness benefits as well as 401(k) with company match paid vacation time, sick time, and company paid holidays.
Your activities
• Ensure the timely, reliable, safe and cost-effective repairs to the aircrafts
• Comply with all applicable Federal Aviation Regulation FAR (station code and manuals)
• Supervise and assist mechanics as needed
• Perform Aircraft Maintenance inspection and services in accordance with our customer's instruction/procedures and sign for completed work
• Comply, monitor and implement company's established safety policy and practices at all times
• Document additional charges as applicable to each customer
• Maintain, and as required, effective and positive contact with customers on issues related to work accomplished or in progress
• Keep Aircraft Maintenance License (AML) advised of work-related matters
• Inspect equipment before and after use for safety, condition and service ability
• Evaluate maintenance work practices and identify methods to improve productivity
• Comply with the requirements of the Aircraft Maintenance QCM and RSM including other assigned duties
Your profile
• At least 2 to 3 years supervisory experience in line maintenance or in a similar position
• Valid driver's license
• Must have the required tools as listed in "Employee Hand Tool List"
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in country specific language
• Must be able to work in inclement weather
• Must hold a valid Airframe and Power Plant (A&P) certificate
