Jewelry Designer & Engraver

Our online-based jewelry business located in Watertown, MA is looking for an eager, talented, hands-on Jewelry Maker & Engraver to join our growing team of makers and designers! The ideal candidate should be motivated, responsible, have a good work ethic, be willing & ready to learn, and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

We encourage out-of the-box and innovative thought. We take pride in crafting our work to tailor-fit each customer. We are a small, close & friendly team looking for dedicated people who want to work in a creative company atmosphere. This position offers room and opportunity to grow and expand with us.

Responsibilities will include:
- Process and assemble orders efficiently and accurately according to our customer's specifications
- Preparation of materials for engraving & assembling
- General upkeep and studio help
- Experience working with a laser engraving machine is a PLUS
- Knowledge of bezel setting stones is a huge PLUS
- Familiarity with Photoshop and/or Illustrator is a PLUS

- Can give and receive creative criticism and feedback
- Detail oriented, highly organized and can prioritize well
- Flexibility to move from one project to another
- Can communicate clearly
- Work in a fast-face, deadline driven environment

Prior jewelry or engraving experience is a plus, but not a necessity-- we’ll train the right candidate.

Compensation: starting from $22/hr, overtime and bonus opportunities. Medical insurance after 60 days, 401K after one year and paid vacation after 6 month of work.

This is a full-time position with ample opportunity to take on new roles and responsibility. We work 40 hours a week from a studio in Watertown.
