Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Jewelry CAD designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience with the latest version of Matrix and should possess a strong passion for designing unique and beautiful jewelry pieces.
Responsibilities
Create jewelry designs using CAD software, primarily Matrix Gold and Matrix 9
Translate customer sketches and ideas into 3D designs
Use technical knowledge and artistic skills to create unique jewelry pieces
Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate manufacturing of designs
Use 3-D Printing and Scanning Equipment in the Office
Communicate with internal team to ensure their satisfaction with the final product
Work collaboratively with team members to create designs that meet project requirements
Manage project timelines to ensure designs are completed on time
Ensure the accuracy of designs and assist in quality control during the production process
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in jewelry design, fine arts, or a related field
3 years of experience in jewelry CAD design, with proficiency in Matrix
Strong technical skills in CAD software, 3D printing, and other jewelry manufacturing techniques
A strong understanding of materials, finishes, and jewelry design principles
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
A passion for jewelry design and a desire to create unique and beautiful pieces
A strong portfolio showcasing your previous jewelry designs and CAD work
