NJ Home Health Care is looking for RNs (Per Diem)

Be part of our Home Care growing team. NJ Home Health Care LLC is a non-skilled Home Care agency looking to hire RNs in Hudson County. We need RNs to conduct patient home assessments and supervise home health aides in the Jersey City and Bayonne area.

Job Duties:

· Assess clients for personal care services

· Create plan of care for home health aides to follow

· Train and supervise home health aides

· Perform annual evaluations and in-services

Qualifications:

• Current NJ RN license at least 3 years experience
• Must have prior Home Care experience either with Home Care agency or MCO
• Bilingual (Spanish)

Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
