JD Admissions File Reader

Under direct supervision and well established guidelines this position performs duties related to application file review for the JD Admissions Office of LMU Loyola Law School. This is a remote position and hours can vary.

1. Attend scheduled training sessions and committee meetings (these may be remote) as needed.
2. Read JD applications and make recommendations
3. Record detailed notes of review and evaluation

4. Analyze various application documents
5. Work independently under time constraints

Requisite Qualifications

LLS JD degree or experience as a File Reader in higher education setting preferred.
Some knowledge of standard office procedures, word processing, spreadsheet, email and databases (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Hiring Salary Range : $27-$28/hour
