Candidate MUST meet the following:

Full-time W2 (1099/CorpTO Corp is not accepted)

On-Site and remote (partial remote with 2-3 days a week at the DLA site at Fort Belvoir, VA)

Active DoD Secret Clearance At a minimum

Java 8 or later certification is preferred

CompTIA Security+ certification is required

Job Description:

PioneerTech is seeking a strong Software Engineer to design, develop, implement, and support web applications using Java/J2EE technologies. The candidate will work with senior developers to deliver timely solutions that are stable, reliable, scalable, well documented, and of high quality. Candidate must display willingness to work in a close knit, dynamic working environment and be willing to travel to client site several times a week.

Skills Requirements:

4+ years of recent experience with:

· jQuery, JSP, Servlets, JSP, JSTL, EJB/JPA and one or more frameworks like Stripes Struts, JSF or Spring.

· Object/Relational Mapping (ORM) API’s such as Hibernate, Java Persistence API (JPA) or similar ORM API’s.

· Implementing Front End technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML.

· Implementing Javascript libraries such as JQuery,Dojo, etc.

· Front end technologies such as AJAX

· Programing knowledge of Oracle 12c and proficiency in writing SQL queries, functions and stored procedures (P-SQL).

· Strong analytical skills and capable of debugging and troubleshooting complex web issues.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Having following skills is a plus:

· DBA or database maintenance

· Working knowledge of

· HTML 5

· JSON

· Ant Scripting

· Wildfly

· Web Services

· REST

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.

· Minimum 4+ years of experience.

Clearance:

Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.

Pay: $90,794.05 - $115,000.00 per year
