This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. We are currently seeking a Java Development Specialist to join our team Hybrid in Durham, North Carolina.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Play a vital role on a Scrum team within Digital Platforms Technology.
- Develop Web Applications components providing customer experience solutions.
- Architect, Build, Test, and Design the features that make up our Digital experience.
- Demonstrated experience in communicating technical designs and capabilities to non-technical team members, product owners, and partners.
- Collaborate in a team environment to architect, develop, and support key applications and features.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years Digital Engineering experience.
- Experience with Server-side/mid-tier languages, frameworks, libraries, and related technologies:Java SE, Apache Tomcat, Apache Camel, Spring MVC/Spring Boot, Logback, SLF4j, Maven.
- Experience with Client-side language, library, and framework proficiency: Angular 8+, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, NPM, HTML/CSS, RxJS, Jasmine/Karma.
- Experience with Agile software development methodology is nice to have.
- Alignment to standard methodologies regarding object-oriented design, coding standards, RESTful service consumption and integration, common design patterns, secure application development, and test coverage experience is nice to have.
- Experience with modern application architecture patterns and emerging technologies is nice to have.
