CONTRACTOR MUST WORK ONSITE.
Minimum skillsets required by the individual performing the work under the resulting contract must include:
- Experience developing .NET apps using Visual Studio.
- Experience developing Java J2EE applications using the STRUTS and SPRING frameworks.
- Experience using a source control versioning system or Team Foundation Server (TFS).
- Analyze current systems and develop plans to enhance and trouble shoot systems written in Java.
- Extensive knowledge in creating and maintain Web Applications using JavaScript and JQuery.
- In depth knowledge of Oracle 10G/11G database functionality (including Stored Procedures, functions and PL/SQL).
- Experience of Linux operating system.
- Experience with setting up and deploying Java applications on IBM Websphere or Eclipse.
- Experience in developing Java applications using IBM Rational Application Development.
- Knowledge of basic Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) architecture in relation to webservices.
- Experience with log management and batch processes.
- Experience with review of existing systems.
- Experience with local SQL clients such as Oracle Client DB.
- Ability to gather requirements and technical document implementation in great detail.
- Six (6) years of Java/Web/Database experience.
Key transportation industry knowledge is preferred in the following areas:
- Knowledge of basic financial policies and procedures as they relate to payroll work flows and business processes.
- Experience with financial service business processes for payroll and time reporting.
