Java Developer
Application Developers will be a member of the delivery organization providing development and support activities. Ability to design, code, test, and implement solutions to meet customers' requirements and adhere to SDLC's standards and policies.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Working with business and IT stakeholders to analyze, design, and develop enterprise systems in Java
- Be a key member throughout the development lifecycle of applications from concept to testing
- Creating technical documentation, including system architecture and design, sequence diagrams, data mapping, and API documentation
- Define objectives by analyzing user requirements, envisioning system features and functionality
- Integrate applications by designing database architecture and server scripting, studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers
- Update job knowledge by researching new technologies and software products, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
KNOWLEDGE - Technical and / or professional information needed to perform job activities successfully
- Education - Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related degree, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years designing and developing applications using Java EE, Spring, MVC frameworks, and SOA principles
- Minimum 3 years designing and implementing web services using SOAP and REST
- Minimum 3 years developing persistence layer using technologies such as Hibernate, JDBC, SQL, and other ORMs
- Minimum 3 years developing user interfaces using Angular JS, Angular 2+, JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and older JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery and DOJO
- Experience working in iterative and Agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of older frameworks such as servlets, Struts, and JSF

- Senior Consultant - senior level with 8+ years of experience, contributes to complex aspects of a project, defines technical work plans, and leads others to execute
- SMS - specialist level with 12+ years of experience, defines solution and technical architecture for complex projects, expert level in multiple technologies and frameworks
