```Overview:```
We are currently seeking a Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities. This is an important role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for employees and visitors.

```Responsibilities:```
- Perform general custodial duties, including cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
- Follow established safety procedures and use personal protective equipment as required
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned

```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or janitorial work preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, bending, stooping, and standing for long periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
