Janitorial Services

Responsibilities:
- Perform general janitorial duties to maintain cleanliness and appearance of the facility
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Perform industrial cleaning tasks, such as buffing floors and cleaning machinery
- Assist with facilities maintenance, including minor repairs and maintenance tasks
- Follow safety protocols and use proper cleaning techniques

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a janitor or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects if necessary
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150.00 per day

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Night shift
• On call
• Rotating shift
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed
• Weekends only

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Washington, DC: Relocate before starting work (Required)
