Position Overview: As a Janitorial Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by utilizing a consultative approach to understand and address the cleaning needs of prospective clients. You will be responsible for educating clients on our range of services, identifying solutions to their specific challenges, and effectively closing sales to meet revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to educate clients, solve problems, and effectively sell janitorial services that align with their needs.
- Follow up on sales leads generated through various channels to nurture client relationships and drive conversion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized cleaning solutions and proposals based on client specifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the janitorial or related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey the value proposition to clients.
- Demonstrated ability to understand client needs, identify solutions, and close sales.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to travel to client locations as needed.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
