The Budd Group is looking for an industry professional with hands-on leadership experience to join a great team in Chester County, South Carolina. If you are driven to serve others, lead by example, and help your customer win, apply today!
Hours: Monday- Friday 10 am - 7 pm
Location: Chester County South Carolina
What You’ll Be Doing:

• The Operations Manager interviews, hires and trains new employees.
• Resolves and responds to employee and customer issues.
• Assigns tasks to workers and completes site inspections
• Oversees Safety training and adherence to safety policies
• Purchases, issues and orders necessary supplies and equipment and ensures that all equipment is in good operating condition.
• Reviews employee’s time daily
• Performs the duties of workers they supervise if needed.
• Responsible for site inspections and communicates with customers an updated monthly reports on the condition of the building or work in progress.

What We’re Looking for:

• 3-5 years of Management experience
• Industry-related experience is required
• A driver’s license is required.
