Janitorial Lead Worker

Employment Horizons seeks a Janitorial Lead Worker to assist with training, supervising, and motivating program participants to perform cleaning tasks.  Assist cleaning supervisors in ensuring that all contractual obligations are met through quality assurance. 
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):

• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Must have effective verbal communication skills.
• Must possess basic reading skills.
• Must be organized and able to prioritize and multi-task. 
• Good physical stamina and work tolerance.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to work under stress and maintain an even temperament.
• Knowledge of proper and safe use of equipment and supplies in performing general janitorial tasks.
