Janitorial Contractor

Job Title: Subcontractor

Place: King County, Pierce County
About the Role:
We’re looking for professional Cleaning Subcontractors who enjoy providing the highest level of service to clients. As a subcontractor you have job flexibility, must be self-motivated and have a key eye for detail.

You Must Have:

• A valid business License
• Workers compensation coverage
• Third Part Legal Liability Insurance
• Experience in Light/heavy duty cleaning & waxing, using Auto Scrubbers
• Experience in cleaning after hours
• Experience in Move in/Move out cleaning

What You Will Be Doing:

• Follow current COVID 19 protocols (ie, mask, disinfecting procedures, social distancing)
• Complete clear per provided instructions within the allotted time
• Maintain contact with Operations/ Site Manager if there are any issues, notes, or necessary information to relay
• Have and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
