Job Summary:

As a Janitorial Cleaning Industry Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for our Janitorial Cleaning staff. Your primary goal will be to equip our cleaning professionals with the necessary skills, knowledge, and best practices to ensure a safe, efficient, high-quality cleaning service.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Program Development: Develop comprehensive training programs with the Quality Control team, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on exercises tailored to the specific needs of our Janitorial Cleaning staff.

Onboarding: Conduct orientation and onboarding training for new hires, ensuring they understand company policies, safety procedures, and cleaning techniques.

Technical Skills Training: Train cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment operation, chemical handling, and waste disposal procedures.

Safety Training: Provide safety training, including hazard recognition, personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, and emergency response protocols.

Quality Control: Implement training modules focused on maintaining consistent cleaning quality and meeting client expectations.

Compliance: Stay updated on industry regulations, environmental standards, and best practices, and ensure that all training materials and programs align with these standards.

Feedback and Coaching: Provide constructive feedback and one-on-one coaching to cleaning staff to enhance their skills and address any performance issues.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and individual progress.

Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with management to identify training needs and implement ongoing improvement strategies for the training program.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Janitorial Cleaning Industry

• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to create engaging and effective training materials

• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the Cleaning Industry

• Certification in training or adult education is a plus

• Patience and the ability to work with individuals of varying skill levels

• Organizational skills and attention to detail

• Flexibility to adapt training programs to evolving industry standards
