Position Overview:
As a Facility Maintenance Technician in our Janitorial Department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and sustainability of our client's facilities. Your work will directly contribute to creating healthier, more productive environments.
Duties - As a Kepar Pro, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing industrial cleaning tasks in various areas
- Operating buffing equipment to maintain floors
- Acting as a porter to ensure cleanliness and orderliness
- Conducting routine cleaning to uphold facility standards
- Providing floor care services such as mopping and waxing
- Executing commercial cleaning duties efficiently
- Engaging in facilities maintenance tasks
- Undertaking custodial duties as needed
Skills - The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in industrial cleaning techniques
- Experience in operating buffing machines for floor maintenance
- Ability to work as a porter to maintain cleanliness
- Strong capability in floor care practices
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures
