Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes is looking for a Janitor/Housekeeper for general cleaning of building, trash removal and floor care including sweeping, mopping, waxing and buffing. Hours will be 8:00am – 4:30pm M-F
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of floor care procedures
- Ability to use equipment to care for flooring
- Able to follow both written and oral instructions and work independently
- Able to relate to residents with respect and courtesy
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Maintaining all floor surfaces using the appropriate chemicals, procedures and equipment e.g. auto scrubber, extractor, buffer
o Assist housekeeper as needed
