Job Description:

• This role combines two main responsibilities- sorting, distribution and collection of mail between up to 10 buildings within same company and daily custodial duties for main office building.
• Interact with each building's contact in a professional and customer service oriented manner, maintaining security and confidentiality of mail being collected/delivered.
• Valid Driver's License needed to drive company vehicle (all within radius of a few miles, no highway) between each facility.
• Daily, or as needed, delivery of any US Postal Service mail to nearby post office.
• Cleaning throughout office including restrooms and breakrooms daily.
• Mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, removing trash, and sanitizing surfaces on a regular rotation.
• Mostly indoors, some clean up outside of building (such as stray trash in parking lot)
• Organize custodial closets and spaces
• Maintain custodial supplies
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
• General custodial duties as needed.
• Ability and willingness to do some light building maintenance (changing out lightbulbs, helping to move or set up furniture)
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous janitorial experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Experience sorting or distributing mail
• Reliable attendance
• Good personality: customer service oriented approach to co-workers
• Strong Attention to Detail
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Self Starter
