We are a cleaning company that has a cleaning position located in the Wilmington, Delaware area that needs 3 Cleaners
Weekdays: 2 Cleaners: Full time position: Mon-Friday; 1st shift 8am-4:30pm and 10am-6:30pm
Weekend: 1 Cleaner: Part time position Saturday and Sunday, 8am-4:30pm
This job will require a self managing, disciplined cleaner with good service attitude as this environment is based on providing a comfortable atmosphere for customers and visitors.
The job description includes cleaning guest rooms and prepping them for new families, common area bathrooms, kitchens, laundry rooms, playrooms and offices. The cleaners will be responsible for taking care of these areas in a professional manner and work in concert with staff and volunteers as well. This is a very detail oriented position which requires a highly motivated person who is task oriented and service centered.
Cleaning Responsibilities duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- sweeping
- mopping
- sanitizing touch points (wiping down touch points)
- dusting
- vacuuming
- emptying trash receptacles
- making beds
- stocking dispensers
- cleaning restrooms
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must Be Able To Lift 10+ pounds Regularly Every Day, Bend, Stretch, Climb Stairs, Climb A Ladder, Reach, Twist, Sit, Walk, and squat. Must Be Comfortable Working On Feet For Entire Shift.
Qualifications:
MUST have a reliable transportation.
MUST have experience at least 2 years in Commercial Cleaning (Hotel or Hospital cleaning)
NOTE: Must be authorized to work in the US.
COMPENSATION: $18 per hour
