This position is for a full-time Janitor to work at Rohlffs Manor II and III, 355-unit affordable senior housing communities in Napa, CA. These are HUD, HUD PBS8 and Tax Credit Properties. Qualified candidates will have 1+ years of janitorial preferably in an apartment community setting. Position requires light maintenance experience. Basic computer skills are required for training. Salary range: $18.15 -$27.00 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $18.15 -$22.58 per hour, DOE.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Janitor/Groundskeeper maintains property both indoors and outdoors; conducts routine property checks to ensure they are clean and well maintained. Assists the Maintenance Technician as needed with repairs and common area cleaning.

- Sweeps, Mops, Scrubs and Vacuums Common Area's
- Empties Common Area Trash
- Maintains all Parking Areas
- Sweeps and Blows all Landings, Power Washes as Needed
