Janitor (2Nd Shift)

Promanco is seeking hard working and detail-oriented candidates to perform housekeeping and janitorial duties in a variety of residential, businesses, office and restaurant properties. This position is responsible for keeping buildings in clean and orderly condition.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Performing heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.
• Performing routine maintenance activities.
• Notifying management when repairs are needed.
• Cleaning snow or debris from sidewalk and patio.
• Replenishing supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in dining room.
• Cleaning and polishing glass shelves and doors of service bars and equipment.
• Sweeping and mopping floors.
