JD:
- Must have 6+ Years of Experience.
- Must have 2+ Years of Relevant Experience.
- Leads the planning, implementation, and ongoing management of JAMF Pro for macOS devices within the organization. Drives successful adoption of JAMF Pro to streamline device management, enhance security, and improve user productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive JAMF Pro implementation strategy, aligning with organizational goals and device management needs.
- Lead the configuration of JAMF Pro settings, policies, and integration with other IT systems.
- Design and implement device enrollment workflows for new and existing macOS devices.
- Create and deploy software packages, scripts, and configurations to manage macOS devices effectively.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and device access controls within JAMF Pro.
- Monitor device compliance with security policies and remediate issues as needed.
- Provide technical support to end-users on macOS-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date on JAMF Pro features, updates, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot JAMF Pro issues and work with JAMF support as needed.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration with security, networking, and identity management systems.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to other IT staff on JAMF Pro-related issues.
- Contribute to the development of IT policies and procedures related to macOS device management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with JAMF Pro or other macOS device management solutions.
- Deep understanding of macOS deployment and configuration technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Apple device management concepts and best practices.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for macOS automation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues.
