IVF Coordinator (Mandarin speaking required)

Hanabusa IVF is looking for a donor and surrogacy coordinator to join our team in San Diego.

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as an Egg Donor/ Surrogacy Case Coordinator!

Egg Donation and Surrogacy is a life-changing journey for intended parents, and your role as a 3rd Party Coordinator will be pivotal in ensuring a smooth and successful experience. As a trusted liaison between intended parents, surrogates, and medical professionals, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the surrogacy process from start to finish.

Responsibilities include communicating with local and overseas donor and surrogacy agencies, overall management of egg donors and gestational carriers, organizing egg donation and surrogacy cycles through communicating with various parties involved in the process, assisting in documentation management.

The ideal candidate is someone who has worked in OB/GYN or IVF center before or is a former egg donor or surrogate.

Able to work hybrid after the 1st 6 months.

We are willing to train the right candidate for the position.

Requirements:
Mandarin speaking required
Medical Assistant/Nurse Degree/previous experience on the field
Very good communication skills
Friendly and outgoing personality
Strong computer skills

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
