Job Description

We're looking for an ambitious and skilled individual to join our team as our next Itinerary Planner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and booking travel arrangements, as well as providing administrative support for all aspects of corporate travel. In addition to superior organizational skills, the successful applicant must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Correspond with potential clientele to calculate travel needs, preferences, and required finances
  • Tailor marketing materials to appeal to clientele via social media platforms, bulletin boards, and flyers
  • Advise travel destinations based on weather, culture, excursions/activities, and visa requirements
  • Book travel appointments, collect fees and associated dues, and obtain required documentation from clientele
  • Retain professional relations with all travel suppliers, clientele, and trip operators.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficiency in English ; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
  • Strong experience and understanding of all social media platforms, as well as Zoom and Google Suite.
  • Focused on accuracy and possessing exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Possess a strong capacity for solving problems and ability to interact effectively with colleagues.
  • Able to quickly learn and utilize diverse computer software programs, with experience working with a broad range of applications. (preferred)
  • Highly-developed aptitude for multitasking and efficient task prioritization.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service experience (preferred)
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Experience working as a travel agent (preferred)
  • Laptop/Smartphone & Internet Access(required)
