Job Title: Sr. IT Technical Support Analyst
Location: Torrance CA 90501
Duration: 3 Months with possibilities of extension
Rate: $28.- $30/hr on W2
Description/Comment:
The Senior Technical Support Analyst is responsible for diagnose and provide support on computer system problems, including debugging, correcting, repairing, servicing, examining, installing, and troubleshooting computer hardware, networking, printers and other peripherals.
Critical to have strong level 2/3 Technical Support, desktop configuration and networking. Significant experience within Microsoft enterprise-level corporate environment a must: Active Directory, Windows 7/10, Microsoft Application, Office 365 suites, etc.
