1. Key Areas You'll Contribute To:
- Overseeing software management, including tools like Fishbowl, FMM, Great Plains, and QuickBooks Online.
- Swiftly answering help desk tickets and troubleshooting system or user issues.
- Crafting top-tier technical documentation for workflows.
- Collaborating with management to optimize our technical processes, construct procedures, and other strategic initiatives.
- Ensuring the robustness and security of our tech infrastructure per regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborating with Master Service Provider to guide transformative IT projects to fruition.
- Conducting enlightening tech set up and training sessions for our on-site or remote teams.
