IT System Automation Analyst

Annual compensation up to $66,000 based on education and experience.

We are currently seeking an IT System Automation Analyst to focus on defining, redesigning and optimizing activities in a process or group of processes and delivering results in technically enhanced and executable process templates. This role will assist with the ongoing assessment of automation opportunities and impacts in conjunction with business stakeholders, along with supporting the day to day run functions. As part of the software project team, he/she is the person who monitors the development process, performs configuration management, identifies safety and compliance issues, and prepares the software requirements for specification. They will participate in solution implementation to ensure desired outcomes. All documentation will be maintained for business requirements, process flows and procedures.

This role also actively resolves problems or issues with software systems to limit work disruptions within the company. They will work on tickets and incidents as they arise to maintain exceptional business functionality, documents and maintain records of changes and the steps taken to resolve.

Education and Experience Required: The selected candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field, OR equivalent experience.

The selected candidate must also have a minimum of 4 years of experience in IT Administration, help desk/support, SQL, network administration or related role with a professional business or organization.

Experience with the following is preferred: Microsoft Azure, Power Automate/Power BI, Experience with scripting and automation tools, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365 Suite- Management and configuration, Cloud-based Security awareness, SQL Server, Data Analytics, EHR systems such as Credible and ExtendedReach.
