It Supervisor/Lead - Ehs Applications

Job Summary:

Trisian-Global Consulting LLC is seeking an experienced IT Supervisor/Lead - EHS Applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the EHS Application Support team to ensure the successful delivery of applications and solutions to our internal clients. The IT Supervisor/Lead - EHS Applications will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and support of EHS applications, as well as providing technical guidance and support to the team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the EHS Application Support team, providing guidance, mentoring, and feedback.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance and ensure goals and objectives are met.
• Ensure that team members are following established processes and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation for applications.
• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and support of applications.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
• Liaise with external vendors and third-party service providers.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
• Assist with the development and implementation of new applications.
• Ensure that customer service levels are met.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in EHS application support, software development, or related field.
• Experience leading and managing a team.
• Operational EHS experience
• Expert knowledge of application development and support processes.
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
