How Will You Make a Difference?

• Answer IT Service Desk calls and emails, providing solutions and/or escalating requests and problems to designated second level responders.
• Create and edit technical knowledgebase documentation as needed.
• Assist with special projects and perform additional tasks as assigned.

What Will You Bring to the Table?

• 2+ years’ experience servicing an IT Help Desk or IT Service Desk required.
• 2+ years’ experience supporting Microsoft Office and/or Office 365 is required.
• Experience diagnosing computer hardware and software problems utilizing remote support tools is required.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Effective and friendly communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of management and staff to carefully listen to issues and provide effective response and solutions. Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
• Ability to work the 11:30am to 8pm shift.
• The ability to commute to the office minimum 2 days a week.
