In this position, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, enhancing, maintaining, and monitoring infrastructure systems/applications. Provides production support and assists in developing and executing strategic road maps with focus on server administration and management of associated infrastructure systems/applications (e.g. Physical Servers, Virtual Server Hosts/Storage, VMWare, Backup Systems). Systems/applications supported may also include but are not limited to, network systems, cloud computing, voice systems, backup systems and security systems.

Requirements:

• Windows Server
• Unix Sever
• Vmware
• Active Directory and experience manage user accounts

 

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain the organization's IT systems, servers, and networks
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure maximum uptime and reliability
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
• Provide technical support to employees by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
• Assist in setting up and troubleshooting various software applications and tools
• Supporting end users via the ticketing systems
