TheIT Senior Solution Lead, Revenue Management Model N is responsible for design, configuration, and testing activities for Stryker's Revenue Management platform Model N. These responsibilities will be distributed across Projects and Release Cycles. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for the delivery of approved projects through the project management framework. The Solution Lead needs to be able to produce detailed technical documents, configure and/or develop within the assigned applications and understand the overall design and architecture of a platform and deliver the end-to-end technical solution. This candidate will play a key role in transitioning the knowledge of the new/enhanced capabilities (including technical aspects) to the Service Delivery Team(s).

What You Will Do:
  • Perform activities following Stryker's Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) framework and processes.
  • Responsible for designing and implementing Revenue Management Model N solutions to support Stryker's business needs.
  • Responsible for configuration and enhancement within Revenue Management Model N for Stryker live sites.
  • Technical Design, Development, Testing and Delivery of solutions for Release Cycles and/or new projects within Commercial Landscape and application stack.
  • Review and Govern business process documents, application and technical specifications, test plans and cutover plans for go-live sites.
  • Collaborate with other Global ERP Program teams, IT Business Partners, Build and Run teams, IT Vendors, various Infrastructure teams, and Business Deployment teams.
  • Support run/sustain teams to solve new business needs and govern solution to be consistent with Commercial Global Template.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the systems process flow, performance, and technical efficiencies.
  • Be able to support the business and recommend/provide holistic solutions that integrate the existing technical standards with the business needs and processes
  • Recommend approaches to optimize/tune systems performance.
  • Develop both system and technical documentation.
  • Work with other IT teams along with business teams to deliver business solutions
  • Partner with Business Analysts in understanding system requirements and translating into solutions within an application and/or application stack
  • Lead and mentor IT vendor resources within the team and provide oversight and guidance.
  • Special projects/assignments/assessments as required.

What You Need:
Required Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in the areas of Computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study required.
  • Minimum of 6 years of Revenue Management or relevant experience required.
  • Experience in leading teams of resources for projects, minimum 3 years

Preferred Skills
  • Experience and demonstrated understanding of global system rollouts - strategy, planning, vendor selection and implementation planning.
  • Knowledge of and ability to drive IS methodologies such as ITIL, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile Development is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze business situations.
  • Excellent organizational/communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in design and deployment of regulated applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cohesively across a cross functional and matrixed organization.
  • Strong knowledge of PC skills working with large datasets (Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents).
  • Ability to drive initiatives and projects independently from start to finish.

$95,100- $204,000 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
Travel Percentage: 30%
