Description: Our IT Security department is actively seeking a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in Electronic Security to oversee multiple projects, encompassing procurement, implementation, and ongoing operation and maintenance of Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) Systems. These systems play a critical role in safeguarding company assets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project schedules and plans, ensuring coordination among various vendors, IT, and Business groups.
- Manage end-to-end aspects of projects, ensuring delivery within specified timelines and budget constraints.
- Produce and present regular reports to Senior Management on project progress and budget tracking.
- Focus on a specific Scope of Work (SOW) as determined by the business requirements.
- Ensure that all introduced applications, systems, and services adhere to defined security standards, comply with policies, follow industry best practices, and meet applicable regulations.
- Provide technical information, security advice, and guidance to multiple stakeholders.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate security risks associated with physical assets, applications, networks, and systems across the company.
- Occasional travel throughout the NYCT Region is required.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in interpreting IT/Security drawing packages, requirements matrix, and scope of work for successful implementation.
- Solid foundation in information technology, including systems analysis, design, development, administration, maintenance, and project management.
- Experience with Electronic Security integrated applications, such as Qognify PSIM, Genetec Video Management, Lenel Access Control, Video Analytics & Voice Communications Systems.
- Certifications (PMP, ITIL, Lenel, Qognify, Genetec, etc.) or equivalent are a plus.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Project, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Ability to lead and manage a multi-disciplined technical team, coordinating problem resolution with multiple departments and external vendors.
- Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability to changing priorities, circumstances, and direction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
