Essential Job Responsibilities/Expectations1. Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values. 2. Follow standards and procedures for configuration of security devices adhering to policies and templatesDevices include Next Gen Firewalls, VPNs3. Follow Incident Handling procedures (This includes monitoring as well as post-incident follow up)4. Documentation of environment (Assets) (This includes networks, devices: servers, workstations) 5. Documentation of security systems: Firewalls, Web Proxies, IPS rules, Anti-Malware/DLP policies 6. Development and maintenance of Security Policies and Procedures 7. Risk Analysis and Management concerning computer security 8. Assist in Blue Team/Red Team exercises9. Meet regularly with Security Team, Manager Network Infrastructure, Director of Network Services, CIO, and Governance committee to discuss projects, incidents, and state of security environment10. Ensure all changes are made in accordance with McLeod change control, security, and risk assessment policies.11. Participates in support call rotations

Job RequirementsQualifications/Education/Training:1. Customer service oriented and customer service experience required. 2. Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of non-technical users, managers, directors, and executive leadership in a creative, matrix organization3. Multi-tasker who able to work effectively on a team, as well as independently, with minimal supervision in an atmosphere of multiple projects, shifting priorities and deadlines4. Believes in sharing knowledge for the overall benefit of the team. Passionate about their work and understands how it fits into the business operations. Takes an initiative in improving themselves and the work processes5. Able to translate business requirements into workable solutions and solve potentially complex problems6. Superior attention to details, problem solver, strong organizational skills

7. Experience in a hospital or Integrated Health Network Information Systems environment8. Working Knowledge of Security Concepts, Segmentation / Domains / Tools 9. Preferred Knowledge of Palo Alto, SIEM/Web Gateway, ISE, Stealth Watch, 10. Working Knowledge of Networking Concepts 11. Working Knowledge of Linux 12. Programming Skills: Preferred Scripting Languages (BASH, Python, Powershell) 13. Knowledge of Industry Regulations: HIPAA and PCI. 14. Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Administration preferred or relevant work related experience required.
