As an IT Program Manager with the Strategy Division, Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), you will serve as a senior advisor to the NASA DCIO for Strategy. Serve as an OCIO senior advisor creating top-level strategies for significant IT products, services and operating models and act as an expert and internal advisor during the strategy design and implementation phases.Qualifications: Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
To qualify for GS-15, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level:
- Leading enterprise information technology strategic planning, implementation, and governance activities that support business and mission objectives;
- Prioritizing and budgeting strategic initiatives and managing interdependencies between projects ensuring capacity and availability;
- Developing communication plans that are effective with all levels of an organization that promote innovative ideas and risk acceptance that are required to lead change:
IF you are qualifying based on experience, you MUST also have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below:
