What We're Looking For:
- Current Pharmacist License (Ohio Pharmacist license must be obtained within 6 months)
- Epic Willow certification
- Three years of acute care experience and four years of related work experience in system administration, systems analysis/design, or computer system project management
- Experience with large enterprise clinical system projects and clinical information system software
- Epic certification or Epic implementation experience
Hours and Compensation Potential:
- Full-time day shift with occasional weekends and holidays required for Go Lives and on-call issue support
- Competitive salary ranging from $48.33/hr to $55/hr depending on experience
- Full benefits package including relocation assistance
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate organizational goals with corporate management, develop systems, and procedures to enhance operations and system solutions
- Act as a liaison between IT, pharmacy, nursing, clinical departments, department directors, IS, and medical staff
- Manage clinical system-based inpatient and ambulatory drug formularies
- Ensure high-quality completion of deliverables, including project plans, design documentation, build audits, testing plans, scripts, training curriculum, and activation plans
- Support the PMO with design documentation, build audits, testing plans, scripts, training curriculum, and activation plans
- Coordinate team activities with other project teams for seamless integration
- Evaluate business procedures and analyze processes for proper system configuration
- Develop and maintain documentation and procedures, providing training to IT staff and user clients as needed
- Provide Epic product function, design, and build expertise for successful implementation
- Support project team members with application and information systems knowledge

- Position reports to the Community Physicians Applications Manager
- Remote work possible, but candidates must be in Ohio and able to come onsite for Go-Lives and on-call issues
