Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist users and IT staff to resolve computer, telephone and mobile device problems
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively through the use of active listening and personalizing techniques with a constant focus on service excellence
- Image, test and deliver computers to end-users
- Utilize, create, and submit updates to Knowledgebase articles
- Support ongoing rollouts and special projects
- Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:
Required:
- Current sophomore, junior or senior student pursuing a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, IT Security or related IT discipline
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to learn new concepts and technology quickly
Preferred:
- Experience installing and configuring operating systems and applications on PCs
- Previous IT internship
