Job Description Summary

Job Description
As an IT Intern, Salesforce Admin you will work alongside the business and IT teams to identify and recommend solutions to streamline and align technology to the Lamb Weston Sales and Marketing processes. The ideal candidate is interested in finding innovative ways of working to enhance how our teams engage with the customer.

• Analyze business goals, objectives, and needs
• Help plan and design business technology processes and make recommendations for improvement
• Perform research and analysis in support of sales operations
• Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data
• Estimate costs and benefits of multiple actions and/or solutions and provide recommendations
• Help launch new initiatives
• May perform additional projects upon request
• Work effectively with diverse teams to come up with the best solution and move people and organizations to act
• Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner

Basic & Preferred Qualifications

• Must be a current Junior, Senior, or Master's student enrolled in a related program: Information Technology, Business Analytics, MIS, Sales, or other Business relevant majors
• Minimum GPA 3.0 preferred
• A basic understanding of computer systems and processes to apply skills to support business integrations
• Ability to problem-solve with limited guidance
• Continuous improvement mindset and methodology
• Excellent verbal and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong computer competency with experience with MS suite of products desirable
