Form of workGarver's Information Technology department is hiring a I.T. Install Technician to install and support audio visual, security and other technology equipment for all of Garver’s staff and offices. Based out of North Little Rock, AR, this position will support all of Garver through onsite, remote and travel.
Duties include:
- Supporting, monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, installations and upgrades of Garver’s physical security systems, including access control devices, security cameras, emergency response alerts and other security processes/procedures implemented throughout Garver
- Installation, support, and maintenance of Garver’s Audio Visual systems and equipment.
- Provide I.T. infrastructure installs and support to all Garver offices.
- Work on other projects as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multi-task in an efficient manner and work well and communicate effectively on a team
- Experience working on company networks
- AV system experience with installs and support
- Experience installing, supporting and managing access control systems and security cameras.
- Ability to travel to other Garver offices as needed.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well with all teams and end-users.
Preferred Skills
- 3+ years of networking experience (LAN, WAN, Wireless)
- 3+ years working with network switches and routers
- Microsoft Active Directory experience
- Strong remote support experience
- Lenel OnGuard software experience
- Experience managing Milestone video management software for security cameras
