Responsibilities Include:
- Serve as an escalation support from Tier 1 Help Desk
- Thoroughly document support requests through ServiceNow
- Monitor incidents to identify trends, determine cause, and work with technical teams to find solutions
- Resolve service requests in a timely manner to users remotely and onsite
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Qualifications Include:
- 3+ years of Help Desk and end-user support experience
- Experience in a large law firm or other professional services firm preferred
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience maintaining and supporting Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications
- Technical skills:
- Windows 10
- Microsoft Office
- Printer Management
- A/V support
