We are looking for a talented IT Help Desk Manager to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for devising at IT strategy that aligns with our business goals.
- Establish and maintain a responsive IT helpdesk that supports 300+ end users.
- Manage 3+ direct reports.
- Provide vision and direction for the IT department, ensuring technology solutions meet organizational needs.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing IT team.
- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related issues.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging professional development and growth.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure.
- Ensure the security, availability, and scalability of IT systems.
- Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Perform other duties as directed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in IT management roles, demonstrating successful leadership and strategic thinking.
- Strong technical knowledge across various IT domains, including infrastructure, networking, security, and systems administration.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
- Leadership and team management experience, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant certifications are desirable.
