What the Role Entails
We're hiring an IT Help Desk Manager responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Credit Union's IT Help Desk. We're looking for a detail-oriented leader with the drive to ensure streamlined operations for this department and its employees. They will provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities for reporting Help Desk staff. This position will work to identify, develop and implement cost-effective technology solutions.
What we're looking for
The IT Help Desk Manager will hire, coach and mentor department employees. They will create and implement professional development, education and training plans to support the overall strategic direction of the department. They will maintain operations consistent with the credit union's business model and work to align their department with Town & Country's strategic goals.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field and a minimum five years of experience in management is preferred. Must have the ability to solve malfunction problems of system hardware and software. Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills and ability to effectively direct subordinates.

Pay range: $69,767 to $108,485 DOE + $5,000 sign on bonus!
