Network Administration, Server Reboots, User setup, restarting services, Software installation, and hardware setup. Needs knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Software deployment, log monitoring, AWS cloud, Application support, Office 365 products, MS Exchange/Outlook, Phone setup, fax systems. Needs to be willing to learn.
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware.
- Procure, configure, deploy and support company software and hardware as required.
- Install and configure hardware and software systems as required.
- Document problem solutions and knowledge base articles
- Train computer users in basic system operation
- Review diagnostics, functionality and efficiency of systems
- Investigates, escalates and ensures that all project issues are effectively managed and/or resolved in a timely manner
- Implement security measures as required by industry and company security standards.
- Monitor security certificates and company compliance requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must be willing to earn CompTIA A+ certification required within a year of hire

Pay: $22.15 - $25.00 per hour
